I went in with the knowledge of what needed to be fixed and they still insisted I get a diagnosis. I had literally just recieved a diagnosis from a professional technician the day before. I can only assume they care too much about money and not enough about the happiness of their customer. They turned me away and refused to service my vehicle unless I paid for another diagnosis.
