Took my son there and his car overheated a few miles down the road after we left. He said all the engine lights were immediately on when he left so I opened his hood and saw they didn't put the serpentine belt back on. I took both him and his car back to get the belt put back on but they DENIED not putting it on and said they would have to charge him for a new belt PLUS installation!
