Very Disappointed!! Most (not all, maybe it's just mine) agents act like the custodial parents are bothering them when calling to ask about their case. Other counties do not play when it comes to late child support but MCCSE seems to care more about the non paying, non custodial, absent parent than the parent with the children 24/7. Most defendants have learned to play the system and use it to their full advantage. I thought Child Support Enforcement was created to help the children and the custodial parents, not to help the criminal (the non paying, absent parent)! I would give a -5 stars but I have to give at least 1 to post review.
