We had fast response after our call. Toilet tank was cracked. Replacement tank not available anymore. Tony was fantastic in locating and replacing whole toilet in record time. He didn't leave us without a functioning toilet in the master bath. He was very careful in cleaning up and very kind to my golden retriever who insisted on being his assistant. We have used them 2 times and have not been dissapointed.

John McLester immediately assessed the problem (incorrect drain vent piping by the bath remodeler- even Village of Pinehurst inspector missed that) and recommended a fix which was simple repiping.
