In and out in less than 30 minutes and the staff was wonderful! Thank you!
This urgent care clinic came highly recommended by numerous co-workers and family friends. I have been here twice, once for a back spasm and another time for strep troat. Both times I have been seen within 20-30 minutes. The staff at reception and the physicians assistances treating me have been friendly, knowledgeable, and I didn't feel rushed as I sometimes do in doctor's offices. I live closer to another urgent care clinic but will continue to go to this one.
I recently visited Convenient Care after an acute migraine episode requesting IV fluids because of dehydration. The reception staff was wonderful, as was the nurse. However, the PA on staff, Steven Kappa, was extremely rude, condescending, argumentative and unwilling to let me speak about a condition that I have lived with and managed for over 30 years. It did not appear that Kappa reviewed any of my notes/chart before entering the room, and he was not interested in my well being. IV fluids help significantly when I have experienced an acute episode with nausea and vomiting. He ultimately did agree to "give me a liter of fluids" as well as an injection that I did not request. He exited my room. I sat there for ten minutes before deciding to leave without treatment. I decided that I would rather go home and suffer in peace than sit in a clinic where a member of its staff had demeaned me so, which would in fact make the migraine more uncomfortable. I did voice my dissatisfaction with the reception staff before leaving. I was in the clinic a total of 2 hours. Two days later I received a phone call from this clinic to see how I was feeling. The caller had no idea that I had left without treatment. I was given the contact information of the individual to call to voice my concerns and dissatisfaction. Several messages were left with the clinic manager, who has yet to return my call.
The other reviewer is right. Don’t waste your time.
This place is excellent and the staff are very kind. Both of my children have received excellent care.
